Your Duties Include: Assisting with day-to-day portfolio management Conducting ingoing, routine and final inspections Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors Coordinating maintenance requests Processing applications and administration tasks Learning systems, procedures and best practice PM processes Delivering excellent customer service Skills & Experience Previous inspections or Assistant Property Management experience preferred OR someone new to the industry with a fantastic attitude to learn Strong communication skills Excellent problem-solving ability Professional presentation Strong attention to detail Positive team attitude Someone who enjoys a supportive culture and working with good people Click APPLY NOW or contact Amanda Higgins @ GOUGH for a confidential chat.
